Kristen Bell turned on the lights of the Empire State Building for the Women’s Peace & Humanitarian Fundas the organization’s global advocate.
“So very honored to light up the @empirestatebldg in pink and blue today in honor of the @wphfund and their mission to empower women around the world who are working every day to make their communities better. We are here to help,” Kristen wrote on Instagram.
Bell was wearing an Ulla Johnson turtleneck, Nanushka pants, Schutz mules, a Jimmy Choo bag, and Zoe Chico earrings.
Kristen Bell appeared on Late Night With Seth Meyers on Wednesday (September 26) and brought back her role on Gossip Girl to read a few of President Donald Trump‘s tweets!
The actress voiced the omniscient narrator throughout the teen CW series’ run from 2007 to 2012.
“We feel as though a lot of Donald Trump tweets feel very gossip-y,” host Seth, 44, explained. “And so we have asked if you wouldn’t mind reading a few of them with the classic Gossip Girl send-off.”
The first tweet, from August of this year, featured Trump lamenting a jail sentence for an ex-NSA contractor. “Ex-NSA contractor to spend 63 months in jail over ‘classified’ information. Gee, this is ‘small potatoes’ compared to what Hillary Clinton did! So unfair Jeff, Double Standard. XOXO, Gossip Girl,” Kristen read – Watch below!
Kristen was wearing a Paule Ka top, Cushnie et Ochs skirt, Jimmy Choo heels, and earrings by Pearl Collective.
Kristen Bell was spotted with some fans while shopping at Old Navy on Tuesday (September 25) at the Beverly Center in Los Angeles.
The actress launched a fundraising contest on Omaze with the prize being a trip to L.A. to go back-to-school shopping with her.
Flights, hotel, a $1,000 gift card for the winner, and a $250 gift card for the winner’s guest were all included.
The contest benefited Old Navy’s ONward! platform, which empowers the next generation with the real-world skills, training and jobs to make a difference in our communities and blaze a path forward to a brighter future.
The rumours of a second revival are indeed true! Kristen Bell announced on Twitter on Thursday (September 20) that streaming service Hulu has ordered an eight-episode miniseries to premiere in the US next year.
“This is a very important marshmallow announcement,” she explained to her followers in a personal video. “Did you guys know that as of summer 2019, all the old Veronica Mars episodes will be available on Hula to stream and re-watch, which is great because you’ll need to brush up since we’re making another one.”
“Veronica has always been a super hero without a Cape. And I think she’s exactly what the world needs right now,” Kristen explained on Instagram. “Thank you to all my fellow marshmallows who stayed excited.”
“Thank you to @hulu for the opportunity,” she continued. “I hope we’re all still friends after I taser you.”
According to Hulu, the new limited series is focused on spring breakers getting murdered in Neptune, thereby decimating the seaside town’s lifeblood tourist industry. After Mars Investigations is hired by the parents of one of the victims to find their son’s killer, Veronica is drawn into an epic eight-episode mystery that pits the enclave’s wealthy elites, who would rather put an end to the month-long bacchanalia, against a working class that relies on the cash influx that comes with being the West Coast’s answer to Daytona Beach.
The original series ran on UPN (before turning into The CW) for three seasons between 2004 and 2007.
